The Renault Triber has built a strong reputation in India for offering genuine seven-seat flexibility within a sub-four-metre footprint—an achievement that remains unmatched in its price bracket. With this facelift, Renault hasn’t altered the core formula but has added just enough visual and functional enhancements to make it more appealing to both new buyers and those looking to upgrade.
The front end sees the most noticeable changes. The bonnet is now more sculpted and squared-off, giving the car a slightly more assertive stance. A redesigned grille with unique slot patterns is flanked by sleek new LED headlamps, which help give the vehicle a more premium, upmarket look. While the side profile remains largely the same, the 15-inch alloy wheels now feature a fresh design. At the rear, the updated LED tail lamps and revised tailgate lend a cleaner, more contemporary appearance.
Inside, Renault has focused on improving perceived quality and user experience. The dashboard has been mildly redesigned, and the cabin now includes an upgraded 8-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. A wireless charging pad and a centrally positioned engine start-stop button add to the list of modern conveniences. The fabric upholstery gets new colour combinations that enhance the cabin’s visual appeal, and the seats feel noticeably plusher than before.
This facelift also debuts Renault’s new double diamond logo in India, signalling the beginning of a new brand identity.

Space
In terms of space, the Triber continues to deliver. The second row offers good legroom and headroom, although its narrow width means it’s more comfortable for two passengers rather than three. The third row remains tight and is best suited for children or short trips, but Renault’s modular seating design—allowing the last row to be folded or completely removed—ensures the Triber retains its hallmark practicality.
Under the hood, the powertrain is unchanged. The 1.0-litre three-cylinder petrol engine continues to deliver 71 PS and 96 Nm of torque. While an upgrade to a turbocharged unit would have been welcome, especially in light of the added weight from new features, Renault maintains that performance isn’t a priority for this customer base. The Triber is designed around space, flexibility, and ease of use—traits it continues to deliver reliably.
This facelift also debuts Renault’s new double diamond logo in India, signalling the beginning of a new brand identity. Given the Triber’s past success, the updated model should find continued traction, especially among value-conscious buyers looking for maximum versatility.
Pricing for the updated Renault Triber ranges from ₹6.30 lakh to ₹8.64 lakh (ex-showroom).
